[Barrage][Distracting Shot][Sharpen Daggers][Way of the Master][Critical Eye][Critical Agility][Critical Defenses]
Max Marksmanship (+ Major rune) and max Critical Strikes (+ helm + Minor rune). Shadow Arts to r3 as a dump stat. Final slot depends on my mood, usually [[Viper's Defense]. [[Distracting Shot] gets replaced with [[Volley] sometimes. Replace [[Critical Agility] with whatever catches your eye, if you don't have it.
EDIT: Love how running out of coffee wrecks my brain. :P Make that a Major on the Critical Strikes helm and a Minor for Shadow Arts. For the rest of it, I prefer a Radiant & Attunement on the chest, Survivors on the rest of the armor, and your best Vigor rune and a Rune of Vitae in the last two slots armor slots. I prefer using a Zealous Flatbow of Fortitude with 15^50 (specifically, the Factions endgame Ironwing Flatbow).
Should be fairly straightforward - WotM, CE & CA before aggroing, as well as SD if there's fleshies, use CD & VD (and perhaps switching targets to what you just poisoned - that and bleeding does a good job together ) when something gets too close (which isn't too often, really). Reapply everything as necessary.
I'm having far more success with this build than I ever did with Daggers, even with the standard [[Death Blossom]/[[Moebius Strike] builds.

Unless you're going CritBow, there's not much in the Ranger line that meshes well with Assassins.
- IAS skills are in Expertise: short and expensive
- Wilderness Lore provides decent utility but requires significant investment: less of a problem for Rangers as they tend not to rely on damage.
[skill]poison tip signet[/skill]... but it's not like Poison is hard to come by thru our own skills.
EDIT: lol @ Sharpen Daggers love
I herd Bleeding sucks

crit barrage is nice I heard...otherwise I can't think of anything that ranger has better than sin
[skill]barrage[/skill][skill]distracting shot[/skill][skill]savage shot[/skill][skill]critical eye[/skill][skill]way of the master[/skill][skill]shadow refuge[/skill][skill]disrupting accuracy[/skill][skill]sunspear rebirth signet[/skill]
I really like this, being you interrupt on almost every barrage, with some backup int's if you need them. you could potentially remove d-shot or savage shot if you wanted to and bring a spirit, but I like this

[skill]Barrage[/skill] removes preparations so your statement is false. Might as well remove [skill]Disrupting Accuracy[/skill] for [skill]Sharpen Daggers[/skill] or something since it's really the only thing an assassin barrager has over a ranger.

If you want a build with a pet simply replace [Critical Defenses] with [Charm Animal]. This is really the only legitimate A/R build around, I would suggest pitching [Sharpen Daggers] for your pet but if you want bleeding you've gotta get rid of something. Poison will be hard to come by since [Apply Poison] gets pulled by [Barrage] and [Poison Tip Signet] will only apply to the first arrow.

Yeah. It's called "running out of coffee and mixing up what I was intending to say". :P Meant Major on the Critical Strikes helm, of course, and a minor for Shadow Arts.

Okay, if you want daggers with your pet then I'd try something like this, but I will say straight up I've never tested it out so it might (and probably will) suck. Also isn't your bleeding/poison, I'll work on that.
[Critical Agility][Critical Defenses][Golden Phoenix Strike][Death Blossom][Moebius Strike][Heart of Shadow][Call of Protection][Charm Animal]

Haha, should've specified you're looking for a PvP style build, I think in terms of PvE first and foremost. Therefore, this will definitely suck since I'm a PvE main player but it does at least hit your Bleeding/Poison, and I'm also assuming it's for spiking a monk/mesmer.
[Critical Defenses][Sharpen Daggers][Death's Charge][Unsuspecting Strike][Entangling Asp][Falling Lotus Strike][Shattering Assault][Charm Animal]
Looking back, that takes assloads of energy...somebody else can surely come up with something better.

Ehmmm... Dagger Sin with pet will likely fail in PvP. Speccing high in Beast Mastery is
A: necessary if you're serious about that mutt
B: significantly deminishing to your attack power
Powerful BM skills... [skill]run as one[/skill] comes to mind first
